The professor is the Legal Advisor of Vaamaa Forex, a management consultancy group working for the dual purpose of business and humanity jointly with an American Financial Conglomerate, The Pintus Group, which has investment funds currently in excess of Five Hundred Billion Euros. He is a Senior Professor of Azteca University NA and Chairman of Medicina- BOI, its Branch Campus in SL.
Prof. Dr. Lakshman Madurasinghe is an Attorney-at-Law and highly credentialed Behavioural Scientist holding an MA, MSc in Clinical Psychology, PhD, LLD, and D Litt. He is a Fellow of Cambridge International Academics, a Chartered Fellow CIPD (Lond), and a Fellow of TBCCT (UK). Currently serving as Chairman of Medicina Alternativa -BOI, and Senior Full Professor at Universidad Azteca, his multidisciplinary research bridges the gap between law, empirical science, and metaphysics. Within the legal sphere, his scholarship focuses on therapeutic jurisprudence—examining the law’s profound impact on human well-being—and constitutional law, where he analyzes foundational rights through a uniquely behavioral lens. He is also the principal architect of the e-Consciousness and Triadic Consciousness models, exploring the complex intersections of quantum mechanics, neurocardiology, and human potential to redefine modern psychological paradigms.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DIRECTORATE
The primary responsibilities of our legal directorate include contract review and drafting, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property protection. It also conducts research and provides training and education on legal issues.
The legal directorate assesses and mitigates potential legal risks by implementing policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and providing guidance on risk avoidance and mitigation strategies.
Provides legal advice to the Board of Governors and to all the intergovernmental bodies affiliated to the IGO and its Universities and those established for the implementation of the conventions.
Provides legal advice on questions arising for the Organization and concerning its Charter, statutory texts and regulations, its privileges and immunities; to provide advice on the conclusion and application of agreements with affiliated organizations and on contracts to which the Organization is a party.
Represents the Organization before the Courts of Law and other international tribunals or dispute resolution boards.
Assists individual clients or governments in the drawing up and application of international standard-setting instruments especially related to financial instruments and infrastructural funding together with our global partners.
Acts as a strong proponent of Therapeutic Jurisprudence worldwide in adapting the use of more comprehensive, psychologically optimal, and emotionally intelligent means of dealing with conflicts.
